Searching through our very large database, many contacts, various advertising etc., BLIGH consultants will be looking for key competencies, skills, abilities, experience, availability, location, current remuneration expectation & any other criteria as specified in the client Job Specification. These details, together with other relevant information to the assignment are clearly recorded in a client register & our secure data base. BLIGH will then contact all suitable candidates to confirm these details are appropriate & valid.
